The breakfast options were commendable too, offering a variety suited for health-conscious guests, with the added bonus of a beautiful view. Yes, the building might lack 24/7 staff presence, but self check-in was seamless and well laid out. For the price point, considering the amenities including soundproofed rooms and free Wi-Fi, I found this to be a smart choice. Just a 30-minute drive from Konigsee lake, it's ideal for those keen on hiking or cycling. If you're after a mix of comfort and practicality without breaking the bank, the Boardinghouse checks those boxes well. Would love to return during my travels.
